Progress In a Backward Motion

Sometimes progress isn't literally moving forward.

Sometimes progress is pausing, looking backwards, and realizing that we are making a mistake.

Making mistakes and owning them is OK. And that's part of real progress.

Sometimes progress is actually going backwards, so we can move forward.
